Revenue recovery for service businesses
We find the money you're already losing and stop the leak.
Nobody counts the calls that come in while every attorney is with a client. We do. We'll show you how many arrived last month, how many never reached anyone who could book them, and what they were worth, using the numbers already sitting in your own system.
Four questions, about ninety seconds. No card, and nobody calls you unless you ask them to.

The work is already calling you. Some of it never gets through.
Someone with a matter worth real money calls three firms in ten minutes. She isn’t shopping. She has a decision in front of her and she wants to talk to somebody today. Whoever gets her onto a calendar first tends to keep her.
You’ve got someone taking messages: a receptionist, a service, an after-hours line. So the call gets answered, and the matter still doesn’t start. A message pad isn’t a consultation on the calendar. The person who left that message keeps calling firms until one of them books her in, and the message you return the next morning reaches someone who’s already been booked in somewhere else.
On the calls that get past whoever is covering the phone, it’s simpler and worse. A caller who reaches voicemail doesn’t leave one. She goes back to the search results and calls the next firm on the list, and by the time the hearing ends and you see the missed call, she has already retained someone else.
The form on your website at 9pm on a Sunday works the same way. Whoever replies first gets the conversation. If that reply goes out Monday at ten, it goes to a prospect who’s moved on. None of this is a reflection on you or your people. You were with clients. The phone was the only thing on duty, and it was never set up to do more than take a name.
Pull the log yourself:
- Open last month’s call records and count the calls under twenty seconds. Those are the ones that rang out.
- Add the after-hours calls that ended as a message with no consultation booked.
- Not every one of those was a matter, so take the share that normally turns into work for you, and multiply that by what one signed matter is worth.
That figure is what your intake cost you last month, and it’ll cost you the same again this month. It’s the same arithmetic the calculator runs, and it applies that share to the calls you missed exactly as it does to the ones you took.
See the number before you decide anything.
Four numbers off the top of your head: what a signed matter is worth on average, roughly how many calls come in each week, how many you’d guess never reach anyone who can book a consultation, and how long a new web inquiry usually waits for a reply.
The page does the arithmetic and shows you the monthly figure. It’s built from your numbers, not ours, so if you don’t like the answer, take it up with the call log.
What we fix: The Suite 5
Five things, installed as one system. Every one of them catches money that's already headed toward your firm.
- Your line gets answered at 9pm, on a Saturday, and at 11am on a Tuesday when every attorney is in a deposition, and the caller lands on your calendar as a consultation rather than a message.
- New web inquiries get a reply in seconds, while the person is still on your site with your firm's name in front of them.
- The Client Comeback Campaign gives past clients a reason to hear from you again, where your records and permissions support it, instead of leaving the list untouched.
- Your review process stops being an afterthought: clients can be asked consistently, and your firm keeps control of every response.
- Your website books consultations, instead of listing practice areas.
That’s the whole list, and we’d rather show you those five running in your firm than explain them on a web page.
Three steps, and you see your numbers before anyone talks price.
1. The Fit Call.
Ten minutes on the phone with Patty. She’s deciding whether this suits your firm, and you’re deciding whether you want to go further. It isn’t a pitch, and no price is quoted. Not every call leads to a second one.
2. The Gap Call.
Patty walks your numbers with you: your call records, your response times, your client list. She finds the gap between what came in and what got handled, and tells you which of the five you need now and which can wait. This happens before you’re quoted anything, and she does it herself, every time.
3. The build.
If it fits, our team installs it, with a start date and a finish date quoted in business days. You don’t pay the monthly until your phone is answered and consultations are landing on your calendar.
This works if four things are true.
- One matter is worth real money to you. Thousands, not hundreds.
- Your clients call. The phone is your front door, not a contact form.
- You and your attorneys are with clients, in court, or at a closing most of the day, which is exactly when new matters call in.
- You could take on more of the work that's already calling you, if it actually reached you.
The practice area matters far less than those four lines do.
And who it is not for: if someone answers every call, books consultations out of hours, replies to every inquiry inside five minutes, and you can prove it from the log, you do not need us. Patty will tell you that on The Fit Call rather than sell you something you already have.
We'd rather show you your own numbers than somebody else's.
Every set of figures on this page is going to be yours. We’ll open the log with you, and you can decide whether what’s in it is worth fixing.
Find out what last month cost you.
It takes about ninety seconds and you’ll have a number. What you do with the number is up to you.
Before you book anything.
Is this marketing?
No. We do not run ads or cold outreach for you. The Suite 5 works on calls, inquiries and past clients already connected to your firm.
Does this mean you replace our receptionist or intake team?
No. Your people still handle the work that needs their judgment. We fix the gaps around them: after hours, overflow, slow follow-up and messages that never become consultations.
Will this bring us more cases?
No. We install a better path for the people already trying to reach you. Whether you take a matter and what happens after that stays with your firm.
What happens after The Fit Call?
If the fit is there, Patty takes you to The Gap Call. She reviews the numbers with you, tells you what needs fixing first, and gives you a scoped build before anyone quotes a price.
What if our log shows we do not have this problem?
Then you should not buy it. If calls are getting booked, inquiries are answered quickly and you can prove it from the log, Patty will say so.
