See what last month cost you.

Four numbers you already know. No card, no calendar, no calls unless you ask for one. We'll show you the figure and you can decide what it's worth to you.

About ninety seconds.

THE CALCULATOR

Answer these the way you'd answer them out loud. Rough is fine: rough is how you already think about this, and the figure moves less than you'd expect.

Fill in the first three and we can do the math.

Last month
$0
walked out the door.

Every figure you entered is yours. We added one number, the 30% we assume turn into work, and it's named above. If the figure looks wrong, the input to change is the number of calls that never reach anyone, and you can change it and watch the number move.

Three things we left out on purpose.

We could have made the figure bigger. Here's what we didn't count:

  • Callers who tried again later. Some do. They're in your log as answered, and we've left them there.
  • Reviews. A rating that's drifting costs you callers who never dial, and there's no way to count someone who didn't call.
  • Anything your website could be booking and isn't. Real money, unmeasurable from four questions.

The number above is the conservative version. That's deliberate: a figure you can defend in front of your own partners is worth more than a bigger one you can't.

Two things you can do with this.

Route 1, the free one

Check it against your own log. Open last month's call records and count the calls under twenty seconds, then add the after-hours calls that ended as a message with no consultation booked. That's the real version of the guess you made in field three. If the real number is higher than your guess, so is the figure above.

You don't need us for that, and we'd rather you did it than took our word for it.

Route 2

Get Patty on the phone. Ten minutes, The Fit Call. She's working out whether this suits your firm, and you're deciding whether you want her looking any deeper. No price is quoted, and some of these calls end there, with her telling you this isn't for you.

Book The Fit Call

Want the breakdown in writing?

We'll send the figure, the working behind it, and the call-log check so you can run it yourself. One email, and you can decide from there.

We'll email you the breakdown. Nobody calls you unless you book a call.

Before you decide what to do with it.

No. It is a first look at what your intake may have cost you last month. A build is only scoped after Patty has reviewed the real call log with you.

No. Start with your best estimate. The result tells you what to check in the log. If the log changes the inputs, change them and watch the number move.

The list can show another place to look during The Gap Call. We do not assign it a made-up value in the calculator, because that figure needs your real records.

No. You can check the number, ask for the breakdown by email, or book The Fit Call. The next step is yours.

What we'd fix, if you asked us to.

Five things, installed as one system: your line gets answered, new inquiries get a reply in seconds, The Client Comeback Campaign gives past clients a reason to hear from you again where your records and permissions support it, your review process gets handled with your firm’s control over replies, and your website starts booking consultations instead of listing practice areas.
